Double-Blind Peer Review Process

Policy Overview

We follow a double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest quality of research. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other. This system maintains academic integrity, ensures methodological soundness, and provides constructive feedback for manuscript improvement.

The Review Process (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Submission & Preliminary Screening

Checking compliance, formatting, and Plagiarism screening using advanced software.

Step 2: Initial Editorial Assessment

Editor-in-Chief assesses scope relevance, novelty, and ethical compliance.

Step 3: Reviewer Selection & Peer Review

Sent to two or more independent experts. Review duration: 4-8 weeks.

Step 4: Editorial Decision

Based on reports: Accept, Revise & Resubmit, or Reject.

Step 5: Final Acceptance & Publication

Final proofreading, DOI assignment, indexing, and Open Access publication.

Evaluation Criteria

Originality Novelty and uniqueness of the study.
Methodology Appropriate and robust research design.
Clarity Well-structured and readable manuscript.
Ethics Adherence to COPE & ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Authors:
  • Submit original work.
  • Disclose funding/COI.
  • Respond to comments professionally.
Reviewers:
  • Provide unbiased feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Declare conflicts of interest.

Appeals: Authors may appeal a rejection with a formal request to the Editorial Board. The board's decision is final.
