Protecting Publication Integrity & Resources

Wisdom Vortex is committed to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the publication process. Withdrawing a manuscript after submission wastes valuable resources, including the efforts of editors and reviewers. Authors are strongly encouraged to review their manuscripts carefully and ensure all co-authors are in full agreement before submission.

Guidelines to Prevent Withdrawal

Before submitting, authors should perform the following checks:

Accuracy: Verify data, facts, and citations multiple times.
Permissions: Ensure you have rights/permissions for all external sources used.
Consensus: Confirm that all co-authors agree with the content and journal choice.
Authorship: Finalize the number, order, and contributions of authors beforehand.
Exclusivity: Submit to only one journal at a time. Simultaneous submission is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Requests & Procedure

Withdrawal is permitted only for compelling and unavoidable reasons. The process is as follows:

Requirement: Submit a completed "Article Change Form" signed by ALL authors.

(Form available from the journal administration upon request)

Important Note: Requests submitted after acceptance or close to publication will be scrutinized carefully and approved only in exceptional cases.

Non-Responsiveness & Accountability

If an author fails to respond to communications after multiple reminders, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate actions, including disclosing conduct to relevant institutions. The journal will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.
