Policy Overview

Wisdom Vortex allows authors to retain full copyright of their work without any restrictions. Authors also retain unrestricted publishing rights, ensuring maximum control over their intellectual property and research dissemination.

What Authors Retain

Full Copyright without restrictions.
Unrestricted publishing rights.
Right to use work in personal books/edited volumes.
Right to use for teaching and individual sharing.

Sharing & Archiving

Authors can post the Preprint/Accepted Manuscript on:

Personal or Departmental websites.
Institutional repositories.
Scholarly networks (with DOI link).

Responsibilities & Limitations

Important Restriction: The Final Published Version (Post-print) may not be posted in external repositories (other than the author’s institution) for 12 months after publication.

Authors are solely responsible for protecting proprietary material and patents.
The first/corresponding author must ensure all co-authors approve the final manuscript.
No Commercial Use: Redistribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Sites: Uploading the final version to 3rd party repositories requires explicit journal permission.

Proper Attribution

When reusing work, authors must provide a proper citation and a direct link to the DOI or the official version on the Wisdom Vortex website.
