APC Transparency & Financial Guidelines

Article Processing Charges (APC)

The APC covers peer review, editorial work, copy-editing, and typesetting. Under normal circumstances, the publication fee is non-refundable once processing has reached advanced stages.

✘ Non-Refundable Cases

After Acceptance: Once the Acceptance Letter is issued, fees are not refunded.
Post-Publication: No refund if the article is retracted after being published online.
Incomplete Withdrawal: Requests not signed by all co-authors.

✔ Refundable Cases

Journal Rejection: Full refund if the journal withdraws/rejects the article before final publication.
Early Withdrawal: Withdrawal before the issuance of the Acceptance Letter.
Exceptional Cases: Rare circumstances approved specifically by the Editor-in-Chief.

Withdrawal Procedure

To initiate a withdrawal, authors must submit a completed "Article Withdrawal Form" signed by all co-authors to the editorial office.

"The editorial board reserves the right to reject an article at any stage if found involving plagiarism, data manipulation, or ethical misconduct."
