Article Processing Charges (APC)
Wisdom Vortex (WVIJSH) is an Open Access journal. To ensure the permanent and worldwide accessibility of research without any subscription barriers, we do not charge readers. To cover the costs of peer-review management, website maintenance, typesetting, and global indexing, a nominal Article Processing Charge is applicable to authors.

2. Print Copy & Hardcopy Certificates (Optional)
Authors who require a physical copy of the journal and printed certificates may opt for the following additional services:

| Additional Copies (Per Co-Author) | ₹ 150 / Copy |
Distribution Policy: The standard print copy service provides one copy only to the Corresponding Author. If co-authors require their own individual physical copies, an additional payment of ₹ 150 per author/copy is mandatory.
What does the APC cover?
- Journal maintenance, professional server hosting, and security.
- Typesetting, formatting, and XML/PDF generation of the manuscript.
- Metadata registration and linking with global indexing databases.
- Perpetual open access hosting and lifelong digital archiving.
Payment Terms & Waiver Policy
Charges are only payable after the manuscript has been peer-reviewed and officially Accepted. Instructions for payment (Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal) will be sent with the Acceptance Letter.
Waiver Policy: Authors from low-income countries or students without institutional support may request a partial waiver. Such requests must be submitted at the time of initial submission.
