1. Ownership and Usage Rights

Wisdom Vortex is a peer-reviewed, international open-access journal that aims to facilitate the dissemination of scholarly research in social sciences and humanities. To promote accessibility and knowledge sharing, the journal follows a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY- 4.0).

  • Authors retain full copyright of their published work and grant the journal the right to publish and distribute the article.
  • Articles published in Wisdom Vortex may be shared, copied, and distributed for research and educational purposes, provided that proper citation is given.
  • Commercial use of any content published in the journal is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the editorial board.

2. Author Responsibilities

By submitting an article to Wisdom Vortex, authors agree to the following terms:

  • The submission must be original and not published or under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authors must ensure their manuscript does not infringe on existing copyrights, violate ethical standards, or contain defamatory content.
  • If the manuscript contains previously published figures, tables, images, or large excerpts of text, the author must obtain explicit permission from the copyright holder and provide proper attribution.
  • Upon acceptance, authors must sign a Copyright Agreement Form granting the journal a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the work.

3. Licensing & Distribution

  • Articles published in the journal are available permanently and can be freely accessed, read, and downloaded worldwide.
  • Authors are encouraged to self-archive their published articles in institutional repositories, personal websites, or social academic networks.
  • Published content is indexed in multiple databases to ensure wider accessibility and academic visibility.

4. Archiving & Digital Preservation

The journal ensures long-term preservation of its publications through inclusion in LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archival systems, safeguarding content from digital loss.

All articles remain accessible even if the journal ceases publication, ensuring continued availability to readers and researchers.
