Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Article Processing Charges (APC)

  • The publication fee (APC) collected for each article primarily covers processing, peer review, editorial work, copy-editing, and typesetting.

  • Therefore, under normal circumstances, the publication fee is non-refundable.

Author-Initiated Withdrawal

  • If the author wishes to withdraw a manuscript during the submission or peer review stage, a duly signed Article Withdrawal Form (signed by all co-authors) must be submitted to the editorial office.

  • Withdrawal before the issuance of the Acceptance Letter will not incur any charges.

  • If the author withdraws the article after the Acceptance Letter has been issued, the publication fee will not be refunded, as substantial editorial and review work has already been carried out.

 Journal-Initiated Withdrawal

  • The editorial board reserves the right to withdraw/reject an article at any stage if it is found to involve plagiarism, data manipulation, ethical misconduct, or serious violation of journal policies.

  • In such cases:

    • If the article is withdrawn before final publication, the author will receive a full refund of the publication fee.

    • If the article is withdrawn after publication, the fee will remain non-refundable, but the article may be retracted with an editorial notice.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds or fee waivers beyond the conditions mentioned above will only be considered in rare and exceptional cases, subject to approval by the Editor-in-Chief.
